Website contact and retreat requests are stored property-scoped in WYOP Hub and are visible only to authorised VilaFoia and platform users. Prospective-client enquiries are retained for the period needed to answer and follow up the request, currently aligned with the existing 120-day VilaFoia policy unless a booking, legal obligation or active claim requires longer retention.

Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, object to processing, withdraw consent and request portability. This WYOP Website uses necessary technical storage for security, session continuity and requested functions. The Cloudbeds booking component is loaded only on the Book now page and is required to show and complete the booking flow you request. VilaFoia does not currently activate optional analytics or advertising cookies on this test version.

If optional analytics, marketing or embedded media are added later, they must remain disabled until consent is recorded and this statement and the Website consent controls are updated.

WYOP Hub supplies the Website platform and property-scoped form storage. Cloudbeds supplies the booking engine. These providers may process technical or booking information under their own contracts and safeguards. Booking details are governed by the notices shown in the Cloudbeds booking flow. VilaFoia does not sell personal information.
