After the first hello, a conversation helps us understand the person and intention behind a retreat. It is not simply a sales call. It is a chance to hear about the group, the daily rhythm, the atmosphere and the support an organiser needs.

Some retreat leaders arrive with a complete programme; others begin with only a feeling and possible dates. Both are welcome. We talk through rooms, meals, spaces, transfers, activities and budget, but also through privacy, pace and how the days should feel.

That conversation helps both sides decide whether VilaFoia is the right home for the retreat. When it is, the dates, rooms and ideas can become a thoughtful personal proposal.
